Hi everyone,
Even if I know CF is dead, there is a lot of people using it daily at customer's place, corporate, eldery house, personal usage,etc...
If you upgrade to IOS 26 you have a very strong chance that iViewer 4/5 will ask registration but it will just not upgrade this time. So if you have installation using this and you want to have it up and running, remain on IOS 18
If no news from Jarrod, I'm afraid we are at the end of CF on IOS. Fun ride during the last 15 years!

If you did upgrade to IOS26 - Use Launchpad - I can confirm this is not affected the upgrade.

To all our dear users,
Firstly, we would like to assure you that we're very much alive and kicking :). We do read the forums and we will give our input from time to time, but our desire is that this group would grow to be a peer support forum rather than one where we directly reply to most of the time. Aside from that, many of you who have reached out to us on the official support email and ticketing system do get faster response from us.
As we've shared in an earlier posting as well , much of our time in the last few years has been dedicated to new hardware product development and deliveries. Besides that, recently we've been working on updating our website and getting the iVIewer Android app back to the Google Playstore.
Back to the iOS26 issue, we needed a bit of time to do some testing for verification and on our side, we found that all the apps are working normally and as it should in iOS26.2.
Maybe you can share with us more details and info on what are the issues that's causing the app not working?

Hi all,
I have a big problem about iViewer(no matter 4 or 5 or next) with iOS26
1. There is a GUI file
1. There is a GUI file
2. "File" > "Export" > "Project Archive"
3. The zip file is created. (let' s say "file.gui.zip")
4. I uploaded the zip file to ftp.
5. I enter the URL of the zip file placed in ftp (https://xxxx.com/xxxx/
file.gui.zip)
6. Launch iViewer.
I have used this method many many times before.
But one day, it happens on iOS26.
7. It shows an error says "Failed Loading User Interface"
To solve this big problem, before I update the zip file to ftp
2-1. Unzip the zip file and copy to a folder.
2-2 zip by Windows OS function (See below.)
2-3. the zip is created now.
2-4. Upload the zip file to ftp
2-5. Load the zip
It works properly.
I escalated this issue to CF team in 22 th October 2025.
