VISCA over IP

Hi all

We have an Axis V5925 PTZ Camera that we can control through Visca Over IP.  For this purpose, we have a UDP Socket for this system in iViewer.  The port is 52381.  It works fine when Remote Debugging in iViewer Settings is enabled, but it does not connect and therefore it can not control the PTZ of the camera when the Remote Debugging of iViewer is disabled.

We are working with iViewer 5.0.7 for Android.

Any ideas?

Is there another app on the device that would be using the same port? Please make sure all other apps are completely closed when testing.

What you say could be a good reason for the problem, but after some tests on another Android device, we realized that we have the same problem with version 5.05.  On the other hand, it works fine with versions 5.0.2, 5.0.3, and 5.0.4.

So I can solve this problem by installing the 5.0.4 version, but the device is already licensed, so, I do not know how to install the version 5.0.4 without losing the license.
