LAN bridge only power led is lit

I think I made a mistake of power cycling after a firmware update is finished and showed up something like 'fail to restart'. Now on the LAN bridge, only the power led is lit, everything is off. Whenever I apply power, it sends something that is recognizable by System Commander but nothing else. Is there a way for me to probably reupdate the firmware, or does this need to be sent back for repair?
