The City of Toledo, Information and Communications Technology
Department, is seeking qualified candidates for a GIS Manager position.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The
position reports to the Director/CIO.
The ideal candidate will:
· Have a broad range of management, business, and technical
skills
· Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Geography, Computer
Science, Engineering, or related discipline
· Have 3-5 years experience supporting GIS applications
· Have experience with government, utilities, public safety,
planning, and/or engineering applications
· Demonstrate strong verbal and written communications skills
· Demonstrate a skill set or working knowledge of ARC/INFO,
Oracle, SQL, AutoCad, ArcView, Visual Basic, surveying principles and
practices
· Locate the primary residence within the City of Toledo
