I think it would be really cool if we were able to get this program
and have dorms compete against each other for higher efficiency and
awesomeness!

We've looked into it, and are still trying to get the school/EAG to go
for it.
It's really expensive, but works REALLY well at the schools that have
it.

It may be worth submitting a proposal, including cost-benefit
analysis, to the EAG, if someone was interested in taking that on.
