MEET YOUR ECOREP WEEK!

Hi EcoReps,

I'll send a formal e-mail about this as well as discuss it at our next
meeting, but next week, November 1-7 is official MEET YOUR ECOREP
WEEK! Before we have an official kick-off event or anything else
events, I'd like you each to hold a meet-'n-greet for your dorm. This
can take the form of a dorm meeting, posted EcoRep hours where you'll
be in your room, or some other thing that works. The idea is that by
the end of next week, EVERYONE (who's paying attention) will know that
they have an EcoRep and know who you are. They'll also know how to get
in touch with you.

Ideas for Meet Your EcoRep Week:
-Have office hours--say that you'll be in your room from 7-9 on
Wednesday (or whatever time/day works for you) and welcome people to
come visit and ask about the EcoRep program/being green.
-Hoarde halloween candy and redistribute it
-Send out e-mails, write on doors, make a few (reused/recycled) signs
advertising open EcoRep hours. Think CA duty signs but with "YOUR
ECOREP IS:" and a picture of yourself and your contact info.
-"Spontaneous" dance party to draw people in, then turn the music down
and start talking about EcoReps.
-I'm going to try to get an EcoRep table in Pulver for the week (or
maybe the next one..) that we can take turns staffing and telling
people who thier EcoReps are.

Other ideas?
The concept is to get the word out that EVERYONE on campus has an
EcoRep!
