Intra-dorm recycling challenge

For some day when we have funding to give away prizes:
Having floors compete for a month to see who can throw away as little
trash as possible at the same time as an education campaign about what
can be reycled and how to use fewer disposable products. This would
require a weighing (hopefully not more than weekly) of trash by the
ecorep and a close relationship with the custodians. Just an idea.
