Tomorrow we go coinshooting! The ground has been frozen rock hard
here in Kentucky for about 3 weeks now. One TV station says it will
be 46 tomorrow and another says 43. I am listening to the guy who
said 46. Just before this freeze we had rain and the ground was
totally saturated. Then it froze like a universal block of ice. It
has thawed for a couple of days now and I can hardly wait. Course I
may take a pick-axe with me just in case. Just one piece of SILVER
might get me by for another day or two.

That's GREAT! Let us know what you find! Still too frozen here in
Indiana to go.

Yep Yesterday was the day.  It was one of those days.  We didn't find much just some clad money but at least we got out got some fresh air and exercise.  Dug a lot of stuff but the only keepers was some clad.  Still a good day.  I made the acquaintence of a five year old treasure hunter by the name of Mr. Kyle Joiner.  We became good treasure hunting buddies. Kyle has his own electronic probe and he enjoys helping you find that coin after you have taken the plug out of the ground.  He is good enough with that probe that sometimes he finds money with it before he digs.  He most likely will grow up to outhunt us all.  Even though I didn't find silver, I found gold in Kyle.  vWhat a hobby!
