1/2 cup egg nog (Starbuck's uses local brands of egg nog)
1/4 cup whole milk
1 - 2 shots espresso
Sprinkle of ground nutmeg
Combine cold egg nog with cold whole milk.
Steam the egg nog milk mixture until the temperature reaches 145�F. Watch temperature closely.
Pour espresso into mug. Add steamed egg nog/milk mixture.
Top last 1/4 inch of mug with extra egg nog/milk mixture that has been foamed.
Sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
