I recently visited an Intergenerational Retreat in Greater Pacific
Northwest Mission Center called "Blessing Our Children and Future
Generations".
Rather than hosting their typical priesthood gathering, Evangelists
and Teachers in the area organized an event to facilitate listening
between YAs and older priesthood members. They shared and listened
together to understand their spiritual hopes and needs. At the end,
the evangelists, mission center staff, the field apostle, and other
present world church leaders made specific commitments to meet the
YAs’ needs. A big success!
