Hi All,

As you know CoderDojo thrives on visibility as it is through visibility that we have gotten all our locations, mentors, partners and above all young code ninja's

We have recently started an ambassador program to help us gain additional media coverage and I am delighted to say that Sir David Putnam has agreed to be our ambassador to the UK and that Norah Casey (who is herself a dojo mum) has volunteered to be our Irish ambassador.

As we grow we are looking to get high profile people's support and endorsement to further increase traction. One person who we believe would be excellent is Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas who has a focus on education and giving back to the community and was recently quoted as saying "programmers are the new rock stars" 

We have provided a profile on CoderDojo to his publicist and team and it might encourage him if we tweeted out some of the great stuff that is happening at Dojo's across the world to @iamwill

One way to get the attention of Rockstars would be  an online coderdojo reality tv show  or documentary . We would compile snippets from all over the world on the progress  of various students projects.

Each dojo would be responsible for getting their own cameraman (from the local multi-media school or whatever).
