1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. lightly toasted coconut
1 c. Corn Flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg white until stiff. Stir in
sugar, flavoring, salt, coconut and Corn Flakes with spatula. Drop by
teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on baking sheets lined with parchment
paper. Bake about 12 minutes until lightly browned. Cool on paper.
Remove with spatula and store in airtight containers.
