Coconut Joys

1/2 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
3 cups coconut
2 squares unsweetened or semi-sweetened chocolate (melted)

Melt butter in pan. Remove from heat, add powered sugar & coconut.

Mix well. Shape into ball and make indent in center. Place on cookie sheet.

Fill center with melted chocolate.

Chill until firm store in refrigerator
