FYI: Public Sector Cloud Conference (March 19-20) in Reston, Va

On March 19-20, 2012 there will be a major Public Sector Cloud
Conference in Reston, Virginia hosted by the Cloud Standards Customer
Council. The Conference will bring together international public
sector Cloud executives (US, UK, EC, Korea, India) to discuss current
activities, future plans and standardization requirements. The leaders
of the major Cloud SDOs (DMTF, SNIA, OGF, CSA, OASIS, ISO, IEEE,
GICTF) and representatives of Cloud Providers (Amazon, Microsoft,
Salesforce, IBM, Huawei) will also participate. One of the goal is to
initiate ongoing discussions and collaboration to accelerate required
international standardizations (e.g. technology, policy, regulatory)
as called for in recent documents from leading government Cloud
initiatives. The Conference will have a critical mass of
participation to achieve this goal.
