Dear Friends of European Classical Studies,

 

It is with great pleasure that I am writing to you to announce the European Classical Studies in Taiwan 2013 Workshop, to be held on Sunday, November 17, 2013. This year's topic will be “Communication across Time and Culture: Teaching Classical Art and Literature in Taiwan”.

 

If you would wish to present a paper in the Workshop, send an abstract of up to 300 words to vva...@ntu.edu.tw.

 

As I informed you at an earlier time, this year's Workshop will be, together with a similar Workshop on German Studies in Taiwan, a satellite event of the Fourth International Symposium on European Languages in East Asia, organized by the European Languages Division of the DFLL, on November 15-16, 2013. Classical participants to the Symposium have already agreed to participate in the discussion of our workshop too.
