• 10+ years of experience leading technical projects or programs in data, analytics, and cloud environments.
• 10+ years of experience leading data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives.
• Proven experience managing business intelligence, big data, and analytics programs in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting healthcare data initiatives; familiarity with FHIR, CCDA, and HL7 standards is highly desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and complex project timelines.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience defining project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and data systems.
• Self-driven, proactive leadership style with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
