• Understanding of language model lifecycle stages including training, tuning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and model evaluation techniques.
• Ability to analyze and optimize prompt performance using metrics and user feedback.
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Experience with prompt engineering and model tuning for NLP tasks.
• Ability to code using programming languages used for AI development such as Python.
• Familiarity with cloud-native AI platforms (e.g., Watson X AI, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Understanding of distributed systems and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures relevant to NLP and GenAI workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in ML Engineering, with recent experience in GenAI or LMOps.
• A Bachelor’s degree in MIS or mathematics, statistics, or computer science, international equivalent, or equivalent job experience.
