We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Product Owner with strong expertise in Logistics and Regulatory Compliance to lead product initiatives and deliver high-impact solutions.
This role requires someone who can operate as a true business stakeholder, partner cross-functionally, and drive clarity across engineering, operations, and compliance teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, quick learner, decisive leader, and comfortable managing complex regulatory environments.
Own product vision, roadmap, and delivery for logistics and compliance-related initiatives.

Act as a primary stakeholder representing business, compliance, and operational needs.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, regulatory requirements, and operational impact.

Translate logistics workflows and compliance regulations into actionable user stories.

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.

Ensure product solutions align with regulatory standards and audit requirements.

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demos.

Drive data-driven decision-making and continuous product improvement.

Identify risks related to regulatory compliance and proactively mitigate them.

Communicate clearly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.

Strong domain experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Trade Compliance.

Experience working with regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Proven ability to operate as a business stakeholder.

Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong backlog management and user story writing skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to quickly understand complex operational processes.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
