Roma Education Fund: Call for Consultants

REF seeks experienced professionals for strategic planning in order to assist REF in developing long-term strategy. Preferably, the team of consultants should consist of experts to cover strategic planning design and implementation, education and educational management, Roma inclusion implementation. There will be a team leader, though candidates may apply individually or as a team. REF may engage up to three (3) consultants depending on their qualifications and experience.

Purpose and Objective

The purpose of the consultancy assignment is to conduct REF’s structural assessment, i.e., an organizational and operational assessment, and facilitate the development of a renewed, 15-year strategic plan for the 2017-2031 period, including interim evaluations and reviews. The overall objective is to make sure that Roma Education Fund strategy serves the present context and fosters competitive institutional advantages to respond to the challenges of a changing policy environment.
