Dear former and current mentors and colleagues,

Do you or a colleague anticipate having any openings for bright, knowledgeable, and dedicated undergrad volunteers? The City College Methods Shop will be holding a mini job fair on Thursday, February 28th, from 12:15 to 1:45pm (North Academic Center Room 7/304, 160 Convent Ave, New York, NY). Almost all of the undergraduate members of this club have excelled in either my Applied Statistics or Experimental Psychology sections, and so I can confidently attest to their skills and potential. Unfortunately, almost all of them struggle to be noticed by established psychological scientists like yourselves, oftentimes because they lack the networking opportunities that it takes to find and succeed in psychology-related careers.

Will you please consider having your lab represented, either by you or one of your mentees, at this upcoming meeting? Presenters need not stay for the duration of the meeting. Please be advised that some students will bring resumes and references. If interested, please contact me at fgar...@gc.cuny.edu or 732-616-1601.

Warm regards,

Felix L. Garcia
Doctoral Candidate
Clinical Psychology Program
The City College of New York & The Graduate Center, CUNY
