Dear Owners of JVV [Bangalore] ,

AFNHB vide AFNHB/ADM/19/1 dated 21 Feb 95 has given the Entitlement of Undivided Land share of Each Apartment of JVV.

However this has not been conveyed to the Owners via the Sale Deed. This anomaly must be corrected now, otherwise about 50,000 Sq Mts of Land will remain in the Custody of AFNHB and JVVAOA which is against the Policy that both AFNHB and JVVAOA need to work on NO PROFIT NO LOSS BASIS as per the Memorandum of Formation of AFNHB and Acts controlling Societies and Associations.
