We have made a public offering.

CAC organized days before Judy's annual Thanksgiving dinner at
St.Peters and has NOW begun to take ownership of responsibility for
building the economy of our community. The public offering was made
by the City of Rocky Ford through elected and employed representatives
at a town meeting. Dr. Crisp-Yeager, working RSVP with the City, has
helped us to facilitate communication by setting up this Google Group
using our business email address. Please feel free to accept and use
IT or not. IT may be connected to the City's web page by entering the
URL, a management task that we have left blank.

The City has rejected R'SONetwork offer to provide this group as a
means to open communication, so we have chosen to redesign IT to
incorporate the whole of the ARK. Fortunately, Google's system allows
us this flexibility. We have also been reassured by the recent news
(BBC World Service) that Google was able to block an attack from China
on confidential information. Since we also experienced such an attack
this past month we are still figuring out how to re-compose ourselves
with a letter to Robert and Ark Valley Internet.

TheB...@RainbowWay.org has NOW assumed ownership (with Lloyd's
consent) of this "Covenant Program" NOW in order to help George and
Ernie manage IT in the future. We have, therefore, NOW entered the URL
for Covenant Programs, Incorporated into the intro page "about this
group." We have changed the name so that the acronym for the citizens
taking ownership of community action here is CAG. We have retained in
membership the City employees who live in the ARK Valley. They will
have the same privileges as other members. Dr. Crisp-Yeager will
continue to manage the site.
