Giant Cicada - add Austin Co. - singing since ~July 4th

received from Washington Co. (which is immediately north of Austin
Co.) Troy also reports hearing them singing both at dawn and dusk...

            I have heard some of these in Bellville and in the Piney
Creek area in Austin County, dating back to July 4th weekend.
