Have patience,
Wait quietly
Ignore strife and ignorance
Time passes
Life continues frantically
But underneath
Embrace the calm.
Walk slowly
Feel your heartbeat
Know that nothing
Can touch you
Unless you permit it.
Smile sweetly
Speak gently
Touching those you meet
WIth peace and love.
And in the end
All the angry hurts
Will not matter
Walk in peace
And go in love.
