However, I also explained to both MPs, that the enhanced value also benefited the neighbouring estates, for examples, Children and Springbloom. However, no land were taken away from them due to the MRT station construction To justify that Chuan Park really benefited or the property value is enhanced, the Plot Ratio of the estate should therefore, justifiably be increased However, the Plot Ratio of Chuan Park has not increased since the completion of the MRT station. Thus I feel that we had been unreasonably penalised This is also the view of many of our residents living in this estate   I therefore appeal to you to ensure fairness and to consider the plot ratio to be increased at your next review "
