As we are heading into the Christmas Week I thought it best that I
send this update out before everyone gets into the celebratory mood or
leaves the country and forgets to do what they need to. If you
haven't already , all of you would be receiving the EOGM notice letter
in your mail sometime during this week. Indicating the date and time
of the EOGM to be held. Please mark the date down in your calender
and make all efforts to be present if you want this process to move
ahead. Your vote counts ! So please don't chuck the mail away!
For those of you who have overseas trips planned during this period ,
please make sure that you nominate a Proxy giving him or her the power
to vote on your behalf. The EOGM Notice that came in the mail has a
proxy form which needs to be duly filled , signed and given to the
Management Office by the 5th Jan 2012.
Please note that, that is the only form that the MC would recognise
and it has to be the original copy. So if you are going to be away for
the end of the year till past the EOGM date please make sure this is
done before you leave the country. Faxed copies will NOT BE ACCEPTED!
On Another note , I am still in the process of putting the CSC team
together, so if you have the time and can contribute in anyway to help
bring this process forward, please SMS me or email me your details and
I would get in touch with you to discuss in what capacity you can
contribute. No experience is needed , just the willingness to
volunteer and be of service however if you do have some skill sets
that you think might be useful I would welcome that too.
We still need your help in getting as many people as we can into this
group. Till date a total of 190 SPs are in this group and will be
receiving this update regularly. There is another 66 SPs who are in
the mailing list who have yet to accept the group invite although I
have sent it to them about 4 times. If you know that your neighbour
is not in the group please encourage them to accept and come into the
group, or to write to me to be added in , It would be easier to keep
them informed of the progress that way, we would not have to resend
this update as an email to them.
This also means that there is about another 200 SPs who are still
clueless about this group because they are not in any list. If each
and everyone of you make an effort to reach out to your friends or
neighbours in Chuan Park and get them into this group we would get
almost all of them and the process will go all the more smoother. I
believe that with complete and transparent information on the process,
people will be able to make better rationale decisions. That is why it
is important to get as many people into this group as possible. SO
PLEASE HELP! I have made it easier by changing the name to just "
CHUAN PARK RESIDENTS", so that it will be easier for anyone to find us
in the Net.
