3 more days to the EOGM and I thought it best that I send out this
update as a reminder to ensure that we get sufficient quorum to
conduct the meeting. Since my last update a handful of the SPs have
written in to me personally asking for my particulars to nominate me
as their proxy. I have sought the help of the MC and they have agreed
to help the residents fill in my particulars on the forms if needed .
So for those of you who want me to proxy for them during the EOGM
all you have to do is fill in my name as THIRUNAVUKKARASU S/O
MARIMUTHU , UNIT NUMBER : BLOCK 240, #01-01, and submit it to the MC
before the 5th Jan and they will help you with my NRIC details.
For those of you who still need a proxy please make sure that all of
the proxy forms are submitted to the MC latest by 2.30pm tomorrow the
5th Jan 2012.
Those of you who are keen to serve in the committee please email me
directly your Name, NRIC and the Block and Unit number that you own.
by tomorrow so that I can consolidate the details
For the rest of you , please spare some time and be present at the
meeting on sat the 7th Jan, to partake in the process and get
acquainted with the Committee that is going to be serving YOUR
interests in this process. We will do our utmost to serve the
interests and concerns of all of the residents of the estate but we
need you to play an active roll to help facilitate the smooth and
efficient progress of this process.
Please remind your neighbours and get them down to the meeting on
Saturday if you can and together we will move this exploratory
process forward efficiently

Thiru has earlier send an email which i have retrieved and u can retrieve the attachment. Also u can get the proxy form from the package that has been sent to every owner abt the meeting. Anyway for your convenience, open the website below: U would need to sign and mail it as faxed copy is not acceptable for verification.

1. For those who are not going to be in town or are going to miss it
for one reason or another, Please make sure your proxy form is filled
and signed and submitted to the MC office by the 5th Jan 2011. If you
are already overseas and need one, just down load a scanned copy I
have uploaded in Google docs

print, sign and then scan and email or fax it to the MC first and then
