Chuan Park Collective Sale Update 18

Hi Everyone, 

To date we have received only a total of 168 SP's votes  out of which 95% of you have voted yes. To carry on with the process we need  as many  of you to vote and a majority of 85%  or 380 SPs to vote yes before we can approach any marketing agent or Property developers to gauge their interest level.  In the interest  of saving costs we are trying to get as many people to vote online as possible and we are using this opportunity to make our contact database as complete as possible so that future outreach efforts will be more efficient. 

Through the emails and the online grouping a total of about 300 people should have been reached and yet only a 168 have taken the time to vote. Please encourage your neighbours and fellow SPs  to vote online and send them the links by forwarding the emails.. The links will work even if forwarded by you ,  and as many of you have already discovered the voting process is simple and only takes a few minutes.

The break down of the people who have already voted by the blocks  is given below and the numbers within each block who have yet to vote is also given.. Please Help the process along by getting the SPs in your block to vote. All you have to do is to engage your neighbours and ask them when you meet them in the lifts or at the lobby if they have voted and get them to vote.

Hi Thiru,

Thank you and the csc team for the update. Appears that some of the SPs are hard to reach and some might NOT be 

already in this group. If my understanding is correct some people working as property agents has a database that has 

the names of the OWNERS of all properties (landed, condo,

apartment, HDB) in Singapore. So in the case of Chuan Park, perhaps the ladies or gentlemen working as property agents in Chuan Park can lend a hand to csc (provided they r convenient). Just 2 cents worth of ideas.

I suggest the SC can obtain a copy of the Strata Roll from CP Mgmt. Strata Roll will show the details of the SPs, local address, overseas address etc and contact no. Every quarter the management with send out the maintenance fees, probably another short cutis ride on that channel.

Based on past eperience in my other projects it works.

Hi Thiru. Thanks for spearheading the collective sale. I am Andre Yong from blk 240. Sent the vote awhile ago but I don't know if the committee has received it. Got your call also awhile ago about the vote. Regards andre
