As I may not be able to absorb the details, perhaps some of your Council members may be able to enlighten you on this

My suggestions are

1. If the fee on online application is too high, MC can consider applying as one

2. If the fee is not too high, MC can encourage individuals to apply

3. To avoid any cost, I suggest individual could just write in to express our desire for plot ratio to be increased without going online application

Dear Andrew,

I refer to your request to me to look into your email correspondence with ura and to bring it up to mc for consideration. 

I have informed you that I will look into your requests.

I have read up and also did the calculation according to the online calculator from ura and found the amount to be about 

$98,000+.

The management council had also considered the matter during the last mc meeting and decided that this matter should be left to the sale committee to consider after it has been formed.

Kindly wait for the minutes of the mc meeting to be posted. The minutes should be finalised shortly.

I am concerned that you have posted my email address in an email to many residents in the estate without my permission. Why have you done it without checking with me?

Yes I forwarded to the group tesidents and  I had met appreciated what I did. Is there any wrong with that?

Also this is a big issue that concern all tesidentscwhich ai don't need to ask MC permission

Andrew,

No matter how big this issue is to you, my email address is private and I don't appreciate you broadcasting it.

It is not for the mc to decide whether you can broadcast my email address. It is mine and therefore my decision to make whether you can release it to anyone. It is to say the least basic courtesy. 

If you have any issues relating to the estate for the secretary, you can be forwarded to the management office for consideration by the mc.
