Why haven't they told the PO/GO users that when they import the data
from PO/GO to SOHO (when ever they get the translator done) that it
won't find any data you've already entered in SOHO, so you will have to
deal with a bunch of duplicates.
Why didn't they just keep SB and Notes one product, saving the
headaches of supporting (in all senses of the word) two slightly
different products. So many of the questions asked on one forum applies
to the other. And they've created (perhaps deliberately) market
confusion. (Should I buy SB and SOHO-O?).
Why didn't they release one product at a time, so they could be dealing
with a small qty of problems at a time instead of the onslaught they
are dealing with now. They could have even weaseled more PR for the
whole line each time they added another product. And they could have
satisfied the clamoring masses, showing real progress, if they focused
and finished one at a time. Maybe that was the fear, maybe they knew
folks wouldn't be happy with their splitting the product up, one at a
time.
