An error occurred while saving

I get since years of relatively succesfully using Soho Notes this
warning window that says "An error occurred while saving" with a
yellow triangle at left with the black torch icon (from the menu's
services menulet). I never had it before.

I've tried everything including reparing permissions and soforth. Sync
with my Palm seems to work works fine and the notes seem to be all
there. I can also back up manually. I also ran Diskwarrior. Strange.

Please if somebody know about this, please help -- it's scary?
