sorry, it's late and I forgot to post the entire message :)

Why I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt is beyBut, this gives
me more time to try Daylite. The more I work with it, the more I think
it's the answer. Stable, responsive support, they talk to us, and
historically have at least one or two upgrades a year. The bonus of
releasing their product in Beta .... Sorry I ramble, I think I'm ready
to throw in the Chronos towel. Try as I may, it's just too hard to
trust their system, plus keep my / the wife's business in a holding
pattern waiting for Chronos to finish their product and kill the bugs.

Just MHO, actual results may vary.

Of course. Getting away from it for a while, one has to look back at it

and say why did I waste my time?? Good lordy, just look at what they
are putting users through. The only thing that baffles me more than
Chronos, is the users that keep putting up with them so patiently.

(Well if you're going to post here too I guess I should post a reply as
well. Did anyone get a web archive of that link; I'd bet it gets
modified if they see the free PR they are getting here.)

Chronos asked me to try some stuff, and here are my results:

To respond to your request the other day regarding the weird labels for
relationships:
- I continue to have this problem even if I make a new contact in AB
- I am unable to update the old record: because not matter if I make
the change in AB or Contacts, the weird labels appear after the next
sync
- What seems strange to me is if I create the new contact in SOHO
Contacts and not AB I do not have this issue, before or after a sync.

I am almost at the end of the road here Jerry. This is beyond old. I
like many others, can not tell you what an issue this is - This, IMHO,
does not happen with Golden Master programs - we are at version 5.0.5 -
and I do not think we should continue to have these problems.

So, in summary, the label probelm happens with new data created in AB.
If new data in created in Contacts, it's fine. Old data, not matter if
I correct in AB or Contacts, can not be fixed.

Thanks for listening to me vent - this there anything you want he to
try short of throwing my machine out the window?

Today is it for me - if this issue is not resolved - I am going to
purchase Daylite and the DMI add on. I have ZERO issues with their
program.

The only Chronos program i will run is SOHO Notes.

I really can take this any more - I think they I just managed to kill
me as a loyal customer.

Just two last things:

- (1) Where's my conveter that was promised "no later than 12/31/05?
- (2) Where is the Calendar part of the program? There has not been
one "trickle release" to update this.
