Came across ScrubIT today - http://www.scrubit.com/

You replace your external DNS server entries in your current network
with their server IP's (a very quick change for most organizations)
and it blocks access to bad sites by domain.

Simple and effective. They plan on having more (and for-pay) features
soon.

The free service would also work at home or church.
