Anyone else notice just how overly occupied our teenage students are
with money? Making it, spending it, getting a career that will make
them rich...
In technology education, despite my best efforts to insert godly
thinking, it seems that my students gravitate toward anything that
feeds their desire for money and/or worldly goods (fame, fortune, etc).
I do my best to explain to them that contentment and happiness cannot
be found in a six-figure salary.
What are some strategies you use to help your students to see godly
wisdom as opposed to man's wisdom? How do you combat the pervasiveness
of the almighty buck in our society? What do you say to a student who
camped out in front of Target to purchase three Sony PS3 games in order
to sell them to the highest bidder?
"Whatsoever you've done to the least of these, you've done it unto me."

How do you make God real to those who see nothing but false gods all
around them?
