Free email for your domain! Google is offering beta testing of free
email for your domain, as long as the domain is a .org or .net. Go to
https://www.google.com/hosted for details. You may need to have a
google account in order to do this. To create a google gmail account,
and have all of the cool features of gmail, go to www.google.com and
click on "More" and then click on "Gmail". All you need is a cell phone
number to which a numeric code will be sent. You use this code to set
up a gmail account.
Gmail is worth trying because not only does it do email, but it has
built-in chat and you can create your organization's calendar viewable
online (you can import any calendar that is in iChat format). Try it
out!
