For those of you involved in real estate investment, transactions, and management, you shouldn't miss this opportunity!!! The Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay (CCCTB) cordially invites you to join the business education and member networking event on October 21st at the Tampa Law Center. The chamber is focusing on two major concerns of its members: "Residence" and "Travel." They have invited legal experts, including Tiffany Love, a Florida Landlord-Tenant Law and Condominium Association Law expert, to explain how to avoid and resolve common real estate lease contract issues and landlord-tenant disputes, including eviction problems.
This event's board member, Attorney Gao Ying, will share the latest updates on Florida's Senate Bill 264, which concerns the sale of restricted real estate to foreign citizens. She will explain the regulations you must adhere to when selling restricted properties to foreign citizens, registration issues for Chinese citizens who have purchased restricted properties, and violations and penalties. They will also address any confusion this law may have caused you.
✈️The chamber is honored to have Tom "Crash" Cooper, a retired Air Force F-16 fighter pilot and current Delta Airlines captain, to reveal insights into modern airline pilot safety management. He will guide you on how to maximize travel safety and comfort.
This seminar includes lunch. Please make sure to register in advance by scanning the QR code on the poster or using this link. The registration deadline is October 18th.
