Our Oct. 21 Education Seminar

Dear CCCTB members and friends:

     We did it again. Our Oct. 21st event was successful and smoothly started to finish. 

     We had about 40 people to attend. The three topics speakers covered were "Navigating the common Landlord and Tenant Issues" by Arrorney Tiffany Love, "Airline Safety" by Captain Tom "Carsh" Cooper, and "Updates of State Law SB 264" by Attorney Ying "Laura" Gao. All are well prepared and presented to the audience in classroom 136 at Tampa Law Center of Stetson. Hillsborough County Judge Marc Mackholm and County Judge candidate Mary Lou Cuellar-Stilo were the special guests at our event. 

     The feedback we received is all positive and benefited from this seminar. I want to thank my board directors: Sue Xu, Justin Andrew, James Oldham, 

Lena Tan, Peter Simmons, and Laura Gao. They helped out with the registrations, logistics, bottled water, and lunch distributions. Laura Gao's location,  speakers liaison works.  

      Besides the attached photo of the day, I also have the flyer "From Far East to West" attached to this email. The James Museum's special exhibition is ongoing till January 28, 2024. Please go to visit this meaningful exhibition of paintings and objects to illustrate the Chinese-American immigrant's life in 

1800s in the US. They are the contributors to many other immigrants to this country.
