为了促进国学与西学研究的国际化发展，本委员会与俞强博士商定共同举办国学与西学年度论文奖。委员会从每年发表于《国学与西学国际学刊》的两期文章中，各遴选年度优秀论文一篇，共计两篇。各文作者获奖金一千元人民币（多位作者时，均分一千元）及获奖证书一份。评选标准为文章的学术质量及引用和点击率。
2025、2024年度获奖论文分别为2篇，每位作者获得奖金1000元人民币及获奖证书一份。
