大家已經注意到最近論壇上出現不少問題，得益于吳小新博士、吳梓明教授以及黃劍波博士等的幫助與支持，我們認為該論壇以及郵件列表服務應該制定相關規
范，以讓該論壇健康發展，并更好的為大家服務。
首先，需要重申的是該論壇之建立，初衷是為了聯系國內外不同學者，共享相關的學術資源。因此該論壇是一種公益性的、服務性的平臺與空間。是故該論壇只限
于張貼、討論相關的學術問題。張貼內容包括與中國基督宗教研究有關的出版、會議、展覽、講座、考古等資訊以及網絡資源，討論內容也只能限于與中國基督宗
教研究有關的學術話題。因此，并非與中國基督宗教有關的內容均可以張貼與討論，敬請考慮到學者們的不同背景與感受。
其次，希望每個成員都能與大家分享自己獲知的學術信息，包括自己的研究心得與成果。在獲得別人所提供的寶貴信息之時，敬請分享自己收集的學術信息，這樣
才能推動中國基督宗教研究群體的進步與擴展。
再次，希望各位學者注意到以下幾點規范：
（1） 請不要張貼與中國基督宗教研究無關的信息；
（2） 請不要討論與中國基督宗教研究無關的內容；
（3） 請不要轉載含有政治性的信息；
（4） 請不要將郵件信箱設置自動回復；
（5） 請不要向論壇發送垃圾郵件。
違反以上規范的任何一條，將會被管理踢出該論壇，并視相應情況，考慮是否永遠禁止加入該論壇。
第四，給大家提供的幾點建議：
（1） 請各位密切留意身邊的學術信息，及時與大家共享；
（2） 網絡上有不少資源可大加利用；如Goolge Books上有不少新書出版信息；
（3） 為方便收發郵件，請使用Outlook或Foxmail收發郵件；
（4） 可用專門的電子郵件地址收發該論壇信息；
（5） 該論壇可以向成員發送每個帖子或者發送每周總結，或者不發送郵件。但均可以參加其他活動。請根據自身情況設置自己的會員資格。
第五，該論壇之建設得益于吳小新博士以及吳梓明教授，他們所提供的服務以及奉獻精神，應該成為我們積極為該論壇做貢獻的動力源泉。在與別人分享的時候，
我們也會得到別人的分享。這樣，中國基督宗教研究群體才會不斷壯大，中國基督宗教研究水平才會不斷提高。

Dear Scholars:
Recently some problems appeared in this Forum which everyone has
noticed. Due to the help of Dr. Wu, Prof. Ng, and Dr. Huang, we
decided that we should establish some principles in order to help us
to attend the activities of this Forum.
Firstly, this forum is built for linking different scholars and
sharing related information. Accordingly this forum is a platform and
public place which voluntarily offers services to each other. This
forum is supposed to post and discuss related matter which is limited
to Chinese Christian Studies, such as related publications,
conferences, seminars, findings and e-resources and etc. Others beyond
this area will not be accepted. Please consider different scholars'
backgrounds and their feelings.
Secondly, welcome and hope every member to try his/her best to offer
services to each other, namely post and supply related academic
information besides your research experience and publications. When we
receive the valuable information from others, we should share our
information so that Chinese Christian Studies will progress gradually.
Thirdly, there are some regulars which we should obey:
(1) DO NOT post any information which has no relation to Chinese
Christian Studies;
(2) DO NOT discuss anything which does not relate to Chinese Christian
Studies;
(3) DO NOT post any information which includes political matters.
(4) DO NOT fix your email box to be auto responding;
(5) Do NOT send junk mails to this forum.
Anyone who offends one of these regulars will be kicked out. And
according to different conditions to consider whether prohibit him/her
to add this forum again.
Fourthly, there are some suggestions:
(1) Please pay attention to academic information around yourself, and
share with others immediately;
(2) You can use a lot of E-resources, such as Google Books offering
some information of new books;
(3) Please use software such as Outlook and Foxmail to receive/send
your emails;
(4) You can use alternative email address to receive emails from this
forum;
(5) This forum can supply different models to send mails, every post,
every week and no mails. Please fix your membership according to your
condition.
Fifthly, this forum was founded with help of Dr. WU and Prof. NG, the
spirit that they voluntarily help us should urge us to contribute to
the Chinese Christian Studies. When we share with others, we will also
receive others' offering. Then the Chinese Christian Studies will be
made great progress.
Please take notice of the information above. Please contact monitors
if you have any ideas.
