ps. Some of you may have overherd that we are meeting tomorrow at 6:00pm. That meeting was for Greater Nashville Chinese Association Board Members only. We originally scheduled to meet tonight at 6:00pm but due to this Quake Relief effort, we reschedule it. We are now jump back into planning for our Dragon Boat Festival. We will be putting together the new GNCA members directory for GNCA tomorrow. So no reset for GNCA members yet. Sorry, for those might have been mislet by our conversations.

Hi, Who is the person to handle the event's budget and cost? The rent of the sound system is $300. I had the receipt.

I will. I am asking that we make all of expense public as soon as we can. I am expecting it no later than Monday afternoon. The right location is here OR somewhere all of people could see if they want to....The conference call must hold to have a quick summary of the event including cost and others. CITAMAT and I don't want  see any bad images of this part. Thanks for all of everyone' efforts! Let's make Chinese community better and better!
