Greater Nashville Chinese Association (GNCA) is the oldest and largest Chinese American community organization in the greater Nashville area. GNCA was founded in 1986. GNCA is a member supported community with the mission to provide cultural, educational, recreational, and other programs to promote the cultural heritage and enhance the quality of life of Chinese Americans in Nashville and surrounding areas. Tennessee Chinese Times (TCT) is the first-ever Chinese newspaper in Nashville and in Tennessee State. TCT is a non-profit, 501(c) (3), organization. In 2004, TCT was founded by a group of Chinese students and scholars along with Chinese community leaders in Nashville. The goal of this newspaper is to provide a platform for communication both within the Chinese community and with the society at large, as well as to serve as a bridge for cultural exchange between the Chinese and other communities.
Chinese Ministry of Brentwood Baptist Church aligns with the Church's vision and ministry principles to establish Chinese believers in the Word of God and Christ-like lives through corporate worship, Bible study, prayers, discipleship, evangelistic outreach, ministries and fellowship. The Chinese Ministry aims to witness Christ Jesus in the Chinese community through love, care, counseling and practical assistance to those who are in genuine need, help people know Jesus Christ. Chinese Ministry has Sunday Chinese Bible Study, Friday family fellowship, monthly activities, and Church's English Worship on Sunday. Brentwood Baptist Church is committed to assisting in both the long-term and short-term disaster relief efforts in our local communities, international and in China.
Middle Tennessee State University Chinese Students and Scholars Association (MTSU CSSA) is a non-political and non-profit organization. The mission is to support all Chinese students and scholars to provide opportunities and benefits for its members, to assist members to succeed academically and socially, and to initiate and organize activities within the community. The Nashville Chinese Cultural Club (NCCC), founded in 2004, is a non-profit cultural arts organization created by members of Nashville's Chinese community. The club's purpose is to introduce to a wide audience the diverse cultural arts of the many regions and ethnic groups of China. NCCC focuses on learning, choreographing, and performing traditional and modern Chinese dances, including dances originating among the Han people, Mongolians, and Tibetans.
The Chinese Information Technology Association of Middle Tennessee (CITAMT) is a non-political, non-profit, and independent educational organization with IRS tax-exempt status of 501 (c) (3). The main objectives of the CITAMT are: To promote better community relationship among Chinese and beyond; To promote communication and collaboration among IT professionals; To provide education, training, and consultation assistance to IT career development; To advance knowledge of IT technology and development; To promote Information Technology to the general public of Middle Tennessee and beyond .
