Hi guys,

Here is the draft agenda for Friday. I encourage you to comment on it,
we can adjust it accordingly. Below are some clarifications, please
refer to them (if you need) after you have taken a look in the agenda.

Place. I think Suo is good enough, as there is a white board and the
spirit of the milling machine ;) If it's busy, which it should not, we
move somewhere else.

Owners. I have picked the owners of the topics according to common
sense. We've done together the upgrade, but I think Michal has the
best understanding of it, so in my opinion he should overview the
accomplishments. Claudio mentioned that he would want to publish
entries in his blog about the project, therefore I think he's the
right person to steer the way we write the project diary.

Vision. I think we already have the rough vision of the project: meet
Markku's requirements first and then extend if possible. However, it's
good to state it even more clearly, to prevent confusion. We should
have done that before, but better later, then never ;)

I will soon post a topic as to what considerations I have when doing
the agendas, so we are all clear about them and posts of this kind get
significantly shorter.

What is a diary and what do we need it for?

Sorry, I didn't understand the point.

Hi Claudio,

I think we discussed that we should write what we have done throughout
the project, like for instance how we upgraded the board (including
commands and sources of information).

This is not exactly a report, since Markku won't read it huh, so I
picked the word 'diary'. Sorry if it is confusing.

Ok, thanks.

I just thought memos would do, but we can write a bitacora
for everything we do. I am just worried if I am not going to have
enough time to dedicated myself to the project as much as you
are doing.

But I will try to bring a notebook and log everything :)

You've already mentioned about the initial peak (which also happens
now) in Google Groups, so I think soon things will settle down :)

Let's discuss on Friday, as part of this diary topic, if we are really
going to write something more than the memos.
