This is the User's Manual. If we do the Binary Counter, I'll update
it. I hope this time there aren't any silly spelling mistakes.
Sorry, for the delay. The document was ready yesterday, but Google
said that I behave like a computer virus or spyware and they won't
process my requests... Now it's okay :-).

Good work and a fancy picture! :)

Everybody is free to update this file as details emerge. If there is
something critical, please write an e-mail. I for one will add now
that the device is in off state when the module is loaded.
