buttons and LEDs frequency display

Hello,

I'm kind of in a hurry, so just short message:

This is working:
- button for mode and mode switching
- LEDs display

This isn't working:
- on/off button gives a "Badness at kernel" and causes the board to
hang - probably because of improper cleanup or improper registration?
But on the other hand removal with rmmod works...

This is working so-so :P:
- when we switch the mode from frqmeter to bnc, we have to wait a few
seconds before the time is displayed on the diodes... can we increase
the frequency of bnc refresh?

I also added comments to some functions like frequency_increase/
decrease and to my new functions required for LEDs freq display.
