Hi team,

After some discussion and consideration, in my opinion it is best to
have a progress meeting some time in the beginning of week 16 (that's
after the Easter holiday). We can discuss the details later.

Reasons:
1. We can focus on the tasks during this week
2. It doesn't make sense to keep a meeting before really tackling the
issues

We've discussed with Claudio that he'll be able to set up the
repository on Tuesday and thus the environment will be ready for
abuse :)

Since what we are doing is essentially new to us all, discussions
(both here and in person) are highly encouraged. I think we will have
the chance to have lunch together several times during the week, so
we'll be in touch.

Kind regards,
Todor

P.S.
You've been granted access to 0.149 by the Director of Measurement
Systems Laboratory at Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied
Sciences... that's Antti. So, feel free to be there at any time,
without prior notice ;)

Hi again huh

Since the holidays are approaching I think it's a good idea to set the
time for the next meeting, so that you don't bother about it.

I would personally be available on Wednesday 15-17 and any time on
Thursday. It would be nice to keep it, even if short, to check the
progress and discuss together a suitable schedule for the project.

Looking forward to your replies!

Kind regards,
Todor

I would be available on Tuesday the whole day, on Wednesday for an hour
or so, but Thursday and Friday are impossible for me.

Wednesday before 17 is also fine for me.

Hello,

By accident, I have sent a message personally to Claudio and not to
the whole group, sorry may bad. You can see it at the bottom of this
message.

However, we've just discussed with Mihal and Tuesday 10.30 is ok for
him. I hope this suits everybody.

I will publish a draft agenda later today, which of course everybody
is welcome to comment.

Kind regards Todor

And the message:
Hi Claudio,

Tuesday before Real-time programming would be fine actually... say
something like 10.30-12.30 and then lunch. But no earlier.

Let's see if it's fine with Mihal.

Kind regards,
Todor
