I HAVE RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING EMAIL FROM

DOUGS DAUGHTER:

DOUG had a massive stroke last October which left him unable to use the left side of his body.
 This disability has prevented us from bringing him home to live since his physical needs are so great.
 He recently moved to the East Kentucky Veterans Center where he is getting physical therapy and the attention needed to help him adapt to the significant physical changes the stroke had on his body.

DOUG has the same phone and can take calls anytime (859-213-1700). If you have trouble reaching him, you can try calling in the evening. His phone light will strobe when calls come in and he can see the light easier than he can hear the ring. You may also try apps like FaceTime, Google Duo and WhatsApp for video chats.
You may also write him, he always loves a letter (although he would not be able to write back).
