Chuck/AA0HW has been working on tweaking an "internet CW" set of applications. Here's a recording of the first net. Yes it's on a keyboard and over the internet, but it lets you get your real-time, multi-op QRQ fix when the bands don't. Hope the net will meet regularly -- this one was at 2 p.m. Central time Saturday.
