Who made this single paddle magnetic key?

Who made this single paddle magnetic key? I've dug through all my books and have looked online with no luck. It almost looks like a GHD. Maybe a homemade work of art? Pics are from the seller. Any ideas? I'd really like to find an instruction manual for it.

John, the paddle shown is a single lever paddle ok, but not magnetic.

The left-right bar is for ground.  There is a spring going from the tip

of the bar to keyer base,  The spring is for tension to dit and dah posts.

Not your best key.

Joe, Thank you for your thoughts. There are no springs. I am not sure what you are referring to but possibly it is the flat head screw holding the magnet down(adjustment) directly under the end of the lever. What appears to be a small counter weight at the end of the lever is also a magnet. The two bent pieces under the round magnet(end of the lever) can be adjusted in or out for lever travel. Underneath these bent pieces is another magnet that can be raised or lowered. Wire connect
