I’d like to nominate KR2Q, Doug.  He expressed interest in CFO this evening in a long QSO.  I have also worked him in the past.  He is good op and at one time a very serious CW contester.  I am sure other CFO members have worked him as well.  More about him on qrz.com 

 

Since not heard from Larry, K1LKP in a while, not sure who is taking care of the Rooster so we could get Doug a membership number.

I will second Mel's nomination of KR2Q. I've worked Doug many times. He's an excellent operator. His posts to the CWops e-list are appropriate and show thought.

I was thinking of you just the other day. 

K1LKP is Carmen Drogo.

I haven't heard from him in a while.

I have seen notices that Imre Forro, KV1I / HA7AP has edited the Rooster when I have my computer on. 

The file lives in my Google Drive and I get a popup when it's edited. 

Imre is the Secretary still.

Regarding K1LKP…I mentioned this to the group a while back when someone else mentioned Carmen’s call. He has given away or sold his station and as of several months ago had no intention of getting back on. No reason given. Great guy. He will be missed
