Planet 10 Spirits L.L.C. has awarded its EFFEN Vodka business to
Chicago based independent Cramer-Krasselt. Planet 10 Spirits L.L.C., a
joint venture between Barton Brands, Ltd. and jstar Brands L.L.C., was
created to develop and market luxury brands such as super premium EFFEN
Vodka, which is the company's initial offering.
